Funding comes before activation.

Students are not asked to self-pay through this platform. Enrollment activation requires a verified agency authorization for the exact $475.00 mandatory program cost.

Enrollment workflow

  1. An authorized workforce or sponsoring agency determines participant eligibility.
  2. The agency issues an authorization or ITA that identifies the participant, program, and approved amount.
  3. An administrator verifies the authorization and issues the current written disclosures.
  4. The participant reviews and signs the versioned disclosures.
  5. The platform enforces a 14-day lock from acknowledgment before training can be activated.
  6. After the lock and all authorization checks pass, an administrator activates access.
No approval is implied. Program availability depends on external TWC exemption/regulatory status and WSA/ETPL approval. Website access or an application does not guarantee sponsorship or enrollment.

Exact mandatory charge

The mandatory program cost is exactly $475.00. The database rejects any program version with a different mandatory cost. Optional support or practice cannot be used to inflate required hours or mandatory charges.
